Like BaseCAMP how about portal for Apartment association.
Apartment asscoiation they keep in touch with their mail group.

Each apartment will have page in the subdomain.
They can enter people details.
There will be billboard exclusively for aparment assocication.
People can blog about their apartement.
People can post greetings..

Finding A Tutor

There is husge requirement for special and exclusive tutor.
These people don't know where to approch.
For example i want a Dance and Mathmatics teacher for my son.
I don't know where to go.

Many of the students and house wives want to earn money by part time.
Some of the house wives/Students are very professionals to.
They can teach many things. For them logistics and finding pupil is the problem.

How about a protal to brige these two requirements?

My Job Site

Employers should give oppurtunities in particular format.

Job seeker can select the companies in his category, He can apply to them in one click.

What is worng with existing job sites?
Job seeker prospect.
Job seeker don't have a control. He can not choose the companies.

Companies gives preference to employee referal guys than you.

Your employer will come to know your job hunt, How? All the employers use different id to check itritation hoping to stop.

Lot of distrubence from consultant after you change your job also.
